Coriander
Botanical name: Coriandrum sativum
Coriander, also known as Cilantro, is an annual herb with soft, deeply cut, very pungent leaves. Small white flowers in flat heads appear in summer.
Using Coriander
The leaves, roots and seeds of Coriander are used, particularly in Asian and Indian cooking. Leaves can also be used as a garnish.
Prefers full sun.
Grows 50cm high x 30cm wide.
