Using French Tarragon
French Tarragon is a delicately flavoured herb and adds a warm and spicy flavour to fish and poultry dishes. Excellent added to sauces and mayonnaise.
French Tarragon is an essential ingredient of a “fines herbes” mixture, the others being Chives, Parsley and Chervil.
Prefers full sun and well drained soil.
Grows 0.4-1m high x 0.5m wide.
