Lemon Balm
Botanical name: Melissa officinalis
Lemon Balm is a vigorous bushy perennial with strongly lemon scented, toothed leaves. Clusters of pale yellow flowers appear in summer.
Fresh leaves add a lemon flavour to salads, soups, sauces, desserts, cordials and both hot and cold herbal teas.
