Sage - Golden
Botanical name: Salvia officinalis ‘Icterina’
The aromatic leaves of the Golden Sage cultivar are golden yellow and are useful in adding a bit of colour to a herb garden.
Use sage in vegetable and meat dishes. Excellent in stuffing for chicken or turkey.
Growing Golden Sage
Grow in very well drained soil in a full sun position.
Trim back after flowering.
