Red Spinach Growing Information

Plant Red Spinach in an open, sunny position where the soil is well-drained.

Will tolerate somewhat dry soil.

Red Spinach Recipe

Red Spinach Stir-fry

Heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil in a frypan on medium heat, add 2-3 cloves chopped Garlic with 10 thin slices of fresh Ginger and 1 tbsp. of shrimp paste that has been soaked.

Cook until aromatic.

Turn heat to high and add 1 bunch red spinach leaves and 1/4 cup water and stir fry for 1 minute, add 1 tsp soy sauce.

Cook a further 30 seconds then enjoy.
