Botanical name: Thymus vulgaris
Garden Thyme is a low growing bushy plant with very small greyish green leaves.
Pinkish white flowers appear in spring.
Thyme has a savoury pungent flavour and is excellent added to casseroles, soups and stews. The flavour blends well with all types of meat and stuffings, breads and vegetables.

Prefers full sun.
Grows 30cm high x 35cm wide.
Suitable for pots.
