Steamed Broccoli Romanesco
- In a saucepan add 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 clove mashed garlic, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes , salt and pepper.
- Bring to the boil, add 1 head of broccoli and steam for 3 minutes.
- Drain well before serving.
